VITALLEADS is a portable AI-based intelligent vital signs monitor used in aged care, home care, and ambulance services. It can continuously and remotely monitor five vital signs: blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, and respiratory rate. The device is also capable of monitoring ECG using 3-lead electrodes.

VITALLEADS is certified as a medical device by the European Union (CE, for safety, health, and environmental standards), by Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and under international ISO standards (for standardisation and quality assurance).

Both devices are capable of monitoring all 5 vital signs, but the major difference is the probes / attachments with the Pet Health Monitor which are suited for use with animals.

If you only use the Vitalleads multiparameter sensor your data is displayed on the sensor screen and not stored anywhere. If you use the Apple or Android App on your phone, your data is not stored beyond the monitoring session unless you choose to generate a pdf file of your data and save this on your phone. If you use the full Smart, Cloud version the data will stream to our Cloud servers under strict confidentiality and privacy protocols.

Heart Rate, Non-invasive Blood Pressure, SpO2 (Oxygen Saturation), Respiratory Rate and Body Temperature along with ECG (Electrocardiograph).

Yes, you can monitor as per your convenience and requirement.

You can continuously monitor for 12 hours without needing to recharge the device. The battery takes approximately 3 hours to charge. If you are monitoring only a few times a day, the battery lasts up to a week. The device also comes with a wireless charging cable.

We offer Android and iOS apps for download, which can be used in conjunction with your device.

For home care, it can be used with one patient at a time. For Aged care, Hospitals, and Ambulances, it can be used to monitor multiple patients using our remote monitoring platform.

The device starts working as soon as it is connected to the probs attached to your body. You can monitor it at your convenience, and the device can be continuously monitored for up to 12 hours without needing to be recharged.

Although it is not recommended to monitor while charging, the device can be kept on the charging cradle for emergencies and used for monitoring 24 hours.

The device needs to connect to Android or iOS app to send data to cloud and to keep your data in on our secure Cloud servers for later use. You can use the device without streaming the data to the cloud.

You can store data on an Android or iOS device.

If you opt for the Smart Cloud version, our consultants will suggest an archiving policy to meet your needs.

Use the monitor for both multi-parameter and single-parameter monitoring, as needed.

For example, you may choose to measure only your blood pressure or blood oxygen occasionally, such as when you feel lightheaded.

To monitor all vital signs — respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature, blood oxygen, and ECG — use the device continuously for 20 minutes to 1 hour, one to four times per day. This helps detect patient deterioration early, even before symptoms become apparent. Use this approach whenever there is concern, such as after a fall or when a patient suddenly feels unwell.

All the monitored data can be recorded in the App – if that needs to be shared with your caretaker or doctor.

Use the VITALLEADS monitoring App (Download from Playstore for Android phones and AppStore for Apple phones) to keep a record of all recordings to show your doctor when you next visit or send them a summary report through your phone

All sensors in the Vitalleads monitoring devices are non-invasive and designed for use with adults. Versions of the accessories are available for children, but should not be used on babies.

The 3 ECG pads stick onto the skin and are certified safe; however, ECG monitoring should not be used by patients who have a pacemaker. The pulse oximeter probe, which measures blood oxygen, is a standard design used in hospitals worldwide. The blood pressure blows up cuff is also a standard design, but should not be used by patients who are allergic to hospital-grade latex.

The monitor is designed to detect patient deterioration in early stages. Use the monitoring with all the parameters respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature, blood oxygen and ECG for between 20 minutes and 1 hour continuously, between once and four times per day to detect a patient deterioration early, even before symptoms are obvious. We recommend its use following post-operative recovery at home for 1-2 days, after a fall for 4-7 hours, particularly for the elderly, for 5 continuously hours with postural orthostatic tachycardia and other heart rate or blood pressure conditions.
